👉 he X-axis (longitudinal direction of the material) CNC gauging stopper moves quickly at a speed of 40m/min and achieves positioning at 0.1mm increments, increasing efficiency and improving productivity even when long workpieces are handled.
Since a die stock table is equipped, you can change dies easily and therefore productivity is much more improved.
👉 To achieve high-speed and high-accuracy machining, Takeda adopts a unit die with the upper and lower die incorporated as a single unit.
👉 The die stocks ( S:3, M:6, L:12dies) are optionally available. Three more die stocks can be added as required.
👉 The Y-axis gauging stopper is movable by maximum 100mm. For punching, adjust the positioning scale in the material crosswise directionand operate the manual handle to move the stopper.
